Shipping & Returns
USA Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package and the distance it needs to travel.
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Standard Shipping
Please allow 10-14 business days for Standard Shipping. During peak order seasons (Nov & Dec) there may be an additional 5 days needed for processing, in which case you will be notified upon placement of order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after your order has shipped. USPS may leave your package at your house, however, if they are unable to do so they will return the package to your local post office. You will be left a card with instructions on where your package is located and how to collect it.
Flat Rate Shipping
Please allow 10-14 business days for Flat Rate Shipping. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.
If your order is handed off to the U.S. Postal Service by UPS Mail Innovations, the U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the order within 3-8 days on average, totaling 10-14 business days. No changes can be made to the shipment. USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please track your package and make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.
APO and FPO
Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office (APO and FPO) addresses will be charged an additional $5 shipping fee and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Drop-Shipping
Drop-ship items (ie. 10+ decks) are shipped directly from the manufacturer not from the Sausage Warehouse. All drop-ship orders are sent within 14 days from when the order is placed, excluding weekends. Drop-ship delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days. Because we are shipping from an external location, some restrictions apply:
· We cannot drop-ship to a PO, APO or FPO Box
· Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day & 2nd Day) is not available
· Promotion codes do not apply (this includes discount codes and free shipping codes)

International Shipping Policies
Sausage Skateboards offers two forms of shipping; Standard and Express. Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Your Shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination.
Standard Shipping
Please allow 10-17 days for orders placed with International Standard shipping. Any packages being sent with our standard option will be shipped via USPS to be processed and are then handed off to your local post office or other carrier. Tracking information with Global Mail is limited if you wish to have tracking for your package or need it for a specific timeframe please select express shipping.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders placed with International Economy shipping to be delivered. Tracking information is not available with this option.
Express Shipping
Sausage Skateboards will ship Express packages using USPS. Please allow 7-10 days for orders placed with Express shipping.
Customs and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS. No tracking numbers are available because USPS must hand the package off to the local Post Office in the respective countries.
Exchange Rates
All prices shown on the SausageSkateboards.com website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and SausageSkateboards.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
Canadian Customers
Please allow 7-10 days for orders placed with Standard shipping. Any packages being sent with our Standard option will be shipped to the destination and then dropped off to your local post office or other carrier. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.
Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to Canada. These fees will be determined at the border. Sausage Skateboards cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin (think NAFTA). Goods that are totally made in the USA will be duty free! But, still subject to GST/PST.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
All orders final on hand painted decks.
Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered at our warehouse for your return to be processed.
Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return.
Return Authorization
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RA for a refund.
Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Sausage Skateboards will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RA being generated.
There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RA number.
Sale Items
Items bought at 20% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping & handling is non refundable for returns.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Price Adjustment Policy
Sausage Skateboards offers a one time price adjustment for orders within 14 days of their purchase date for Store Credit. Please note that price adjustments cannot be made on warehouse sale items or final sale items.
